Food events, food and cooking fair, television shows, cookbooks, podcasts, anything related to creating and eating are extremely popular with record numbers of attendees and viewers.

In Nigeria, this is no different hence the reason we are bringing together fine food, fine wine and uniquely Nigerian dishes prepared to deliver the best Fine Food and Dining Event in Lagos, Nigeria.

We all know Nigeria has a lot to offer in food production. The extensive agricultural land area with maize, cassava, guinea corn, yam, beans, millet and rice, amongst others. The livestock in the country, and mainly in the northern areas; includes goats, sheep, cattle and poultry. Our fisheries and aquaculture are among the fastest growing subsectors in the country. All these plant and animal products will be intricately woven together to prepare a delicacy everyone will love to savour.

The organisers for this event are Chef Omotosho Olasehinde and Chef Monche Muller, both Chefs of significant standing in Nigeria, South Africa, Australia and around the globe.

Lagos is well known as a major culture hub of Nigeria, with many food, music events and festivals happening all year round, hence the reason why this Food Fair is happening in the entertainment city of Nigeria.This event will cater to 7 different course gourmet meals enriched with varying delicacies put together to deliver a Fine Dining Event like no other.

Meet the Organizers

Chef Omotosho Olasehinde

  • Graduated from South Africa Chef Academy in 2015 and worked as a Sous Chef for De Kloof Fine Dine and Wine Restaurant (Pretoria) and Kleinkaap Boutique Hotel (Centuriuon).
  • Moved to Australia and completed additional hospitality management and commercial cooking certificates while servicing as Head Chef at Junction Pub and Tourist Park in Western Australia.
  • Recently showcased on Caravan and Camping Show in Western Australia.
  • Food and cooking are what he has a flair for, which allows him to use different flavours to create wondrous dishes that can be enjoyed by all.

Chef Monche Muller

  • Currently the executive Chef of the International Oddo Vins et Domaines wine label and have been since 2019.
  •  ⁠She runs all food and beverage operations for 3 wine farms including Taaibosch, Le Chant & Pink Valley, 2 restaurants and 3 exclusive villas.
  •  She’s a Gourmand Award Winner for The Best International Cookbook in the World for Harvest Table (2022).
  •  She is Equipped with intensive practical and theoretical training based on classical French cuisine & wines.
